Composition
Fermentation product of Aspergillus niger (NRRL 25541) and Aspergillus oryzae (ATTC 66222) with the following activities warranted:

- 3100 U /g of alpha-amylase (E.C. 3.2.1.1)
One U is the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 µmole of reducing sugars (glucose equivalents) from wheat starch per minute at 30o C and pH 4,0.
- 275 U /g of endo-beta-glucanase (EC 3.2.1.6)
One U is the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 µmole of reducing sugars (glucose equivalents) from oat beta-glucan per minute at 30o C and pH 4,0.
- 400 U /g of endo-beta-xylanase (EC 3.2.1.8)
One U is the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 µmole of reducing sugars (xylose equivalents) from oat xylan per minute at 30o C and pH 4,0.
It also contains cellulase, hemicellulase, α-galactosidase and protease in non-quantified activities
