    Composition

    Fermentation product of Aspergillus niger (NRRL 25541) with the following activities warranted:

    • 1100 U /g of endo-beta-glucanase (EC 3.2.1.6)
      One U is the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 µmole of reducing sugars (glucose equivalents) from oat -glucan per minute at 30o C and pH 4,0.

    • 1600 U /g de endo-beta-xylanase (EC 3.2.1.8)
      One U is the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 µmole of reducing sugars (xylose equivalents) from oat xylan per minute at 30o C and pH 4,0.
    It also contains cellulase, hemicellulase, alpha-galactosidase, and protease in non-quantified activities.

    The addition rate is 125 g/tm in either powdered or pelleted compound feed under maximum temperature of 75ºC, being recommended to increase the dose if pelleting temperature is raised.

    Without security period

    It is active for 24 months if stored under optimal conditions of temperature and moisture.
